Markets in Pattaya

The Pattaya Floating Market (Four Regions Floating Market) is a purpose-built attraction recreating the canal-based commerce of central Thailand. Its four zones represent Thailand's geographic regions — North, Northeast, Central, and South — each serving regional dishes and selling regional handicrafts from traditional wooden boats and stilt houses.

Naklua Fish Market is a working waterfront market at the northern end of Naklua Soi 33, where local fishermen sell the morning's catch directly from their boats. Visitors can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked to order at adjacent restaurants.

The Pattaya Night Bazaar is a covered open-air market near the intersection of Pattaya Second Road and Central Pattaya Road. Hundreds of stalls sell everything from knock-off designer goods and Thai silks to handmade jewellery and souvenirs.

Thepprasit Night Market is the largest local night market in the greater Pattaya area, running every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening. It is far more Thai-oriented than the tourist markets, with authentic regional street food, live seafood grills, and cheap clothing.
