The Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) is the world's largest free literary festival, held annually in late January at Diggi Palace. Over five days, it draws Nobel laureates, Booker Prize winners, journalists, and hundreds of thousands of book lovers for talks, panels, and performances.

Jaipur's hot air balloon experience offers sunrise flights over the Aravalli hills, forts, and palaces — one of the few places in India where commercial ballooning operates. The 60-minute flight typically covers Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, and the rural landscape outside the city.

Sanganer is a heritage town on Jaipur's southern outskirts, internationally renowned as the birthplace of Jaipur's block-printing and paper-making traditions.
