3 viewpoints selected in this guide.

Kohtuotsa Viewing Platform is the most famous and most visited viewpoint in Tallinn, located on the northeast edge of Toompea Hill. It offers an unobstructed, sweeping panorama over the red-tiled rooftops of the Old Town, with the harbour and the Gulf of Finland as a backdrop.

Piiskopi Viewing Platform is the most tranquil of Toompea's three main viewpoints, located on the southern side of the hill near the Bishop's residence. It offers views over the New Town, Tallinn's green suburbs, and the spires of the Old Town from a less-visited angle.

Patkuli Viewing Platform sits on the western edge of Toompea Hill, offering a dramatic perspective over the lower town's medieval towers and walls, with the harbour and modern city stretching beyond. It is slightly less crowded than its eastern counterpart at Kohtuotsa.
