The Domain is Austin's upscale open-air shopping and dining destination in north Austin, often called Austin's "second downtown." The mixed-use development features over 100 retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues spread across manicured streets.

History

The Domain opened in 2007 on 303 acres of former IBM land in northwest Austin. Its expansion, Domain NORTHSIDE (now Rock Rose), added a lively entertainment district that transformed it from shopping center to mixed-use neighborhood.
