Overview

The Graffiti Park at Castle Hill was an outdoor gallery of legal graffiti covering the concrete foundations of an abandoned condo project on Baylor Street. Though the original site closed in 2019, the spirit of the project lives on at its relocated space.

History

The original site at Castle Hill became an unofficial graffiti haven in the 1990s. It was formalized as the HOPE Outdoor Gallery in 2011. After the site's closure in 2019 for redevelopment, plans to relocate the concept to Carson Creek Ranch were announced.
