Yulin is where Chengdu's creative class eats, drinks and shops. Wedged between the second and third ring roads, this low-rise residential neighbourhood has blossomed into a corridor of craft-cocktail bars, specialty-coffee roasters and indie boutiques virtually unknown to most tourists.
