Overview

NuArt Sculpture Park is an open-air museum in South Jakarta displaying monumental sculptures by Indonesian and international artists amid tropical gardens. Founded by sculptor Nyoman Nuarta, best known for the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue in Bali.

History

Founded by I Nyoman Nuarta, one of Indonesia's most celebrated sculptors, the park opened in 2004 as both a showroom and creative workspace. His largest work, the 121-metre Garuda Wisnu Kencana (completed 2018), was conceived here.
