The Lanna Folklife Museum occupies the elegant 1930s former Provincial Court building behind the Three Kings Monument. Its interactive exhibits explore everyday Lanna life—marriage customs, food traditions, textiles, and spiritual practices—making it more engaging than its modest size suggests.
The Provincial Court operated from this building between 1935 and 1997. After restoration, the Lanna Folklife Museum opened in 2006 as part of Chiang Mai's effort to preserve intangible cultural heritage.
