Tang Paradise

Overview

Tang Paradise is a cultural theme park recreating Tang-dynasty imperial gardens. Spanning 500 acres around an artificial lake with palaces, pavilions, and nightly performances.

• Water screen movie: Nightly film projected on mist screens with lasers and fireworks.
• Ziyun Tower: The centrepiece pagoda rising over the lake.
• Cultural shows: Traditional dance, music, and poetry in period costume.

History

Constructed 2002–2005 on the site of the original Tang Furong Garden, designed by architect Zhang Jinqiu based on historical research.

• Evening visit: The water show starts at 20:30 (summer); most magical after dark.
