The Perth Cultural Centre is a pedestrian precinct in Northbridge that clusters the state's major cultural institutions — the Art Gallery, WA Museum Boola Bardip, State Library, PICA, and the Blue Room Theatre — around a series of interconnected plazas and gardens.
The precinct was redeveloped in stages from the 1970s to the 2020s. The latest renewal added new landscaping, increased Aboriginal cultural interpretation, and improved links between the museum, gallery, and library sites.
