Overview
Eat Street Northshore is a waterfront night market built from repurposed shipping containers on the Hamilton Wharf. Open Friday to Sunday evenings, it brings together over 70 global street-food stalls, live musicians, and artisan vendors along the Brisbane River.
Highlights
- Global street food: Stalls serve everything from South American arepas and Japanese takoyaki to Italian woodfired pizza and Turkish gözleme.
- Live entertainment: Local bands, DJs, and buskers perform across multiple stages every night.
- Container village: The colourful stack of converted shipping containers creates a unique, Instagram-worthy atmosphere.
History
Eat Street launched in 2013 as a small pop-up dining concept and quickly grew into one of Brisbane's most popular weekend attractions. It relocated to the Hamilton Northshore precinct in 2015, expanding its footprint along the revitalised wharf.
