La Térmica

Overview

La Térmica is a multidisciplinary cultural centre in a former thermal power station on the western edge of the city. It hosts art exhibitions, concerts, film screenings, theatre, and public talks.

History

The building served as the Diputación de Málaga thermal power plant. After decades of disuse, it was converted into a cultural centre by the provincial government and opened in 2013.
