Ribersborgs Kallbadhus is a beloved open-air cold bathhouse built in 1898, perched on a wooden pier 300 metres out in the Øresund strait. Locals swim year-round in the sea and warm up in wood-fired saunas.
The bathhouse was built in 1898 during the height of Scandinavian bathing culture. Originally strictly gender-segregated, it has been modernized while retaining its historic wooden character. It remains one of Sweden's most popular kallbadhus.
