Overview

Malmö Live is a striking modern concert hall, conference center, and hotel complex on the Hansa waterfront, completed in 2015. It is the home of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra (Malmö SymfoniOrkester).

History

Malmö Live opened in 2015, replacing the aging Malmö Konserthus as the symphony orchestra's home. Designed by Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, it was conceived as a catalytic building for the revitalization of the Hansa neighborhood.
