Nervi Parks

Overview

The Parks of Nervi are a chain of historic villa gardens along the clifftop in Genoa's eastern suburb of Nervi. Connected by the spectacular Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi cliffside walk, the parks combine Mediterranean flora, panoramic terraces, and small art galleries in a uniquely scenic setting.

History

The parks unite the gardens of three historic villas — Villa Serra, Villa Gropallo, and Villa Grimaldi — acquired by the city in the early 20th century. They were opened to the public as connected parkland, creating a seamless garden promenade above the Ligurian Sea.
