Fokos Beach is a remote, wild bay on Mykonos's northeast coast, reachable only by dirt road. With no commercial development whatsoever, it attracts those seeking solitude, raw Cycladic landscape, and pristine swimming.
Fokos has remained undeveloped partly due to its exposure to the northern meltemi winds and partly because the access road was never properly paved. A small taverna once operated nearby but the beach itself has never had commercial infrastructure.
