Overview
The Two Oceans Aquarium showcases the extraordinary marine biodiversity found where the cold Atlantic and warm Indian Oceans meet at the tip of Africa. Located at the V&A Waterfront, it features over 3,000 marine animals.

History
Opened in 1995 at the V&A Waterfront, the aquarium was conceived as an educational and conservation facility. It runs active turtle and penguin rehabilitation programmes and has successfully bred several endangered species.
