The Fremont Street Experience is a five-block pedestrian mall in downtown Las Vegas, covered by the world's largest single video screen — a 1,500-foot-long LED canopy called Viva Vision. Free nightly light shows run every hour.
Fremont Street was the original heart of Las Vegas gambling, home to the first casino license issued in 1931. The canopy was built in 1995 to revitalize downtown, and upgraded to full LED in 2019 at a cost of $32 million.
