Overview
Lugard Road is a scenic, mostly flat walking path that circles the western side of Victoria Peak, offering some of the most accessible and photogenic views of the Hong Kong skyline.

History
Named after Sir Frederick Lugard, the 14th Governor of Hong Kong (1907–1912), the road was built as part of the Peak's colonial-era walking network.

- Best time: Late afternoon for golden light.
