Parque de las Ciencias

Overview

The Parque de las Ciencias is an interactive science museum on the southern edge of Granada, one of the most visited museums in Andalusia. It combines hands-on exhibitions, a planetarium, a tropical butterfly house, and outdoor scientific gardens.

History

Opened in 1995 and designed by architect Carlos Ferrater, the museum has expanded several times and now covers 70,000 square metres. Its mission is to make science accessible and inspiring for all ages.

• Book the Planetarium: Shows have limited capacity and fill up quickly.
