Overview
The Sacromonte Cave Museum (Museo Cuevas del Sacromonte) is an ethnographic museum set in a series of restored caves on the hillside. It recreates how families lived in the cave dwellings and documents the traditions of the Sacromonte community.

History
Opened in 1994, the museum was created to preserve and explain the cave-dwelling culture of Sacromonte before it disappeared entirely. The ethnographic collection was assembled from donations by local families.

- Uphill Walk: About 15 minutes uphill from the Paseo de los Tristes.
- Combine with Abbey: Continue up the hill to the Abbey of Sacromonte.
