Overview
Tallinn Town Hall is the only fully preserved Gothic town hall in Northern Europe, dominating the south side of Raekoja plats (Town Hall Square). Its slender 64-metre spire, crowned by the weather vane 'Old Thomas', has been the symbol of the city since 1530.

History
The current building dates from 1402–1404, making it one of the oldest town halls in the Baltic region. It served as the centre of civic power for the merchants and burghers who ran the medieval city, hosting assemblies, courts, and grand celebrations.

- Duration: 30–45 minutes for the interior and tower.
- Limited season: The interior and tower are typically open only in summer (June–August).
- Town Hall Square: The square hosts the famous Christmas market in winter and open-air concerts in summer.
