Snelli Park is a quiet, green pocket park at the western foot of Toompea Hill. Its centrepiece is a charming duck pond, and the park is bordered by sections of the medieval city wall, making it a pleasant spot to rest between sightseeing in the Old Town.
The park was established in the 19th century in the former moat area outside the city walls. It was redesigned and expanded in the 2000s as part of Tallinn's urban greening initiative, while preserving the historic fortification walls that border it.
