Overview
The Vancouver Lookout is an observation deck atop the Harbour Centre tower, offering 360-degree views from 168 metres above street level. A glass elevator whisks visitors to the top in 40 seconds.

History
The Harbour Centre tower was designed by WZMH Architects and completed in 1977. Neil Armstrong officially opened the observation deck on August 13, 1977, pressing a button to release a laser beam across the city.
