Overview
The Harbour Centre tower observation deck offers a revolving 360-degree view from 167 metres above street level. A glass elevator takes visitors to the top in 40 seconds.

History
Completed in 1977 and designed by WZMH Architects, the tower was opened by astronaut Neil Armstrong. Standing 177 metres tall, it also houses Simon Fraser University's downtown campus.
