Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka: Photogenic stepped lanes with traditional shops selling pottery and matcha sweets.
Yasaka Pagoda: The five-story pagoda towers above the tiled rooftops.
Traditional Shops: Authentic Kyoto crafts, ceramics, and wagashi.

Developed around the pilgrimage route to Kiyomizu-dera. Superstition holds that tripping on Sannenzaka's steps brings three years of bad luck.
