Lake Vouliagmeni is a stunning natural thermal lake fed by underground hot springs, with year-round warm water (22–29°C) in a surreal mineral-rich landscape of collapsed cave formations along the Athens Riviera.
The lake formed when the roof of a large coastal cave collapsed thousands of years ago. The underwater cave system extends deep into the hillside and has attracted divers, though the caves are now closed due to fatalities.
