The Belgian Comic Strip Center (Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinée) celebrates Belgium's extraordinary comic-strip tradition — from Tintin and the Smurfs to Lucky Luke — inside a stunning 1906 Art Nouveau warehouse designed by Victor Horta.

History
Opened in 1989 in the former Waucquez department store (1906). Belgium has produced more comic-strip artists per square kilometre than any other country.
