Dynamic Earth is an interactive science museum near the Scottish Parliament, taking visitors on a journey through the story of planet Earth from the Big Bang to the present day, using immersive exhibits and special effects.

History
Opened in 1999 as part of Edinburgh's millennium celebrations, the distinctive white tent-like structure was designed by Michael Hopkins. It has been regularly updated with new interactive exhibits and remains one of Edinburgh's most popular family attractions.
