The Blue Note is one of the world's most famous jazz clubs, located on West 3rd Street in Greenwich Village. Since 1981, it has hosted nearly every major name in jazz and continues to present two to three shows nightly.

History
Founded by Danny Bensusan in 1981, the Blue Note quickly became the premier jazz venue in New York City. The brand has since expanded internationally, with locations in Tokyo, Milan, and other cities, but the Greenwich Village original remains the flagship.
