Viewpoints in Geneva

The Salève cable car whisks passengers from the Geneva suburbs to the 1,100-metre summit of Mont Salève in under five minutes, revealing a sweeping panorama of the city, the lake, the Jura, and Mont Blanc.

Pont du Mont-Blanc is the most central bridge spanning the Rhône outflow, offering unobstructed views of the Jet d'Eau, the lake, and — on clear days — Mont Blanc itself.

Tour de l'Île is a 13th-century tower — the last remnant of a medieval castle that once guarded the Rhône crossing. It stands on a small island connected by bridges in the centre of the river.
